MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Protect your investment with a Standard Equipment Maintenance Agreement. Designed to provide
peace of mind and help preserve equipment value, our plans cover scheduled maintenance for the
term of the agreement, including:
- Equipment inspections and evaluations
- Consumable maintenance parts
- Labor for installation
- Routine adjustments
Maintenance agreements are available for sweepers, vacuum trucks and hydro excavators.
Please note: A Maintenance Agreement is not an extended warranty. Extended warranties may
be purchased separately and can run concurrently to cover eligible repairs beyond routine
maintenance.
WARRANTY
We are committed to keeping your equipment operating at its best. While issues can occasionally
arise, Standard Equipment Company is here to help. The following pages include contact
information for warranty assistance related to chassis and auxiliary engines. If you have questions
about warranty coverage or need support, please contact your Sales Representative or our Service
Department.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Repairs made within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be submitted for warranty consideration. If the vendor does not cover the entire repair under the warranty, we will inform you of the reason and may appeal their decision. If the warranty claim is still denied, the customer is responsible for any charges not covered.
UNDERSTANDING COVERAGE
Please be aware that some manufacturers may not cover:
- Travel expenses
- Diagnostic labor/time
- Routine adjustments or tightening of parts, fittings and hoses
