Service Technician
The Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. Their duties include running diagnostic tests on vehicles and equipment, testing vehicles and equipment to gauge performance, and maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & repair diesel trucks
- Diagnose & repair street sweepers
- Diagnose & repair hydro excavating equipment
- Drive trucks & sweeping equipment on and off company property
- Maintain CDL and clean driving record during employment
Skill/Job Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Basic hand tools and toolbox
- Understanding of basic electrical
- Basic understanding of internal combustion engines
- Able to observe all safety rules (steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc)
- Clean driving record and able to acquire CDL in first 6 months of hire
- Able to complete online training
- Able to travel (occasionally) for training
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Office Assistant
Reports to: Staff Accountant
Position Purpose: Standard Equipment is seeking an Office Assistant to handle various aspects of the day-to-day operations of our office. The right individual for this role should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming call and other communications.
- Manage filing system.
- Greeting guests and employees as needed.
- Help organize and mantain office common areas.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errends.
- Inputting AP and Cash applications.
- Light collection calls.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must be reliable, organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Possess a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for learning.

Wash Bay Technician
Position Purpose: The wash bay technician is primarily responsible for providing support to the team, giving priority to cleaning all vehicles, equipment and shop maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior of trucks & sweepers.
- Shop clean up and light maintenance.
- Utilizing the master inventory list to complete a weekly inventory of all wash bay supplies.
- Report any shop maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Move/drive trucks and swepers around garage as needed.
- General operation of equipment on trucks and sweepers.
- Occasionally drive shop truck to pick up parts.
- Obey all safety rules (steel toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.).
- Take out trash.
- General shop maintenance.
- Sweep shop floors.
- Fill paper towel holders.
- Fill hand soap dispensers.
- Maintain parking lot (salt and shovel when snow, clean any loose trash).
Skill/Job Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, sit, crouch for extended periods of time.
- Able to use power washer.
- Able to manage time in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work with hands overhead for extended periods of time.
- Use basic computer skills (time and labor system).
- Able to multitask and carry out multiple projects at once.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Valid Driver’s License.
